Who are we?
We are co-owners Julie Lecons and Jacqueline Coates,
both local to Kapunda and we value choice and diversity in our town, along with serving a smile with a coffee and healthy, and delicious food utilising local suppliers and from our own recipes.

We are looking for staff with friendly people skills and willing to keep our product at a high level for our clients, and be part of a team.

Be our Barista!
One White Kite has a job opportunity for a barista who shares
our passion for great coffee and excellent service. We are looking for an
experienced Barista with a high level of customer service and a sound
understanding of specialty coffee. The successful applicant must be able to
work unsupervised. Strong friendly communication skills are paramount. Food
preparation and handling skills are essential. Please forward any questions

One White Kite Job Description, Duties
& Qualifications
Our Baristas
perform several job duties and provide a high level of customer service.
Baristas at One White Kite take orders and make coffee, tea, other drinks &
food requests according to customer specifications. Baristas also operate cash
registers, credit card machines & record takings for the day and week. Baristas often field customer questions &
comments. During your shift you are responsible for cleaning the 2 group head
coffee machine, dining areas, bathroom, kitchen and food preparation areas.
Baristas work to maintain excellent customer relations and speedy delivery of
food and beverages as well as complete assigned tasks from management each day.
Salary
Our baristas
are paid monthly in accordance to age in line with the Restaurant award wages.
All of our staff are employed on a casual basis & rosters are generally set
for a calendar month.
